I have known Thomas Debreceny for almost one year in my role as a training advisor with the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation, known as BCITO. BCITO is the standard setting body for the New Zealand building and construction industry.

In my role as Training Advisor for Thomas I supervised the final stages of the completion of his apprenticeship.

Thomas had a long history of employment in the industry before his apprenticeship. He did the theroy component of his National Certificate in Carpentry in good time and to a good standard with very little re-work required. 

The practical part of his qualification, as evidence by his Record of Work shows a comprehensive range of expericence in residential building. 

I have also observed Thomas working on residential alterations and additions doing a wide range of work to a high standard.

I believe Thomas to be a competent carpenter, well able to work in residental construction and with skills that would transfer to other areas of the construction industry.
